Now Showing: Some Stamped Cards that ROCK!

Hi, friends!

Teri here today, and I'm excited to share with you some cards by Design Team member Emily Leiphart!

Have you ever received a card the mail that makes you smile the second you open it? I imagine big smiles will come from whoever receives these cards from Emily.

To put it simply, these cards rock. And, ironically, they feature Technique Tuesday's Rock Family stamp set.

This card is so unique! I love how Emily created a stack of rocks by stamping the set's smallest rock over and over! And that rainbow color scheme she used? Perfect! Even though she used the same stamp over and over, the colors make the rocks look different.

Who would have thought a birthday card with rocks on it could be fun? Not me! But Emily sure proved me wrong! She stamped three rocks from Rock Family onto her card. And, for fun, she turned one of the rocks into a girl by adding a flower stamped with the A Little Prickly stamp set to it.

She finished her card by coloring the rocks in with Distress Inks and then adding a birthday sentiment. The words she used are from Rock Family, but you may want to use a different phrase from one of Technique Tuesday's many birthday sentiments

And here's another fun rock-themed card! This would be a great card to send a friend. You can make one like it by stamping two rocks and two phones (from the Sassy Girl Thoughts stamp set) onto a card. Color the rocks in and add a friendship-themed sentiment

Have you made anything with the Rock Family stamps? We'd love to see it! Share your projects with us on Instagram and Facebook. Be sure to use the #TechniqueTuesday hashtag.
