Winter Coffee Lovers Bloghop
Hi everyone!
It's time again for the Winter Coffee Lovers Bloghop! What is it, you ask? Well, this fun blog hop features work from paper crafters all over the world. Each hop project has a coffee-themed twist!
Technique Tuesday is one the sponsors of the hop, which starts today and runs through Friday, Dec. 15th. Go here to see all the hop participants and to learn more about the hop.
We couldn't let the hop start without contributing a card to the line-up! And we just love this coffee-themed card our friend, Jenn Brown, created. In fact, we love it a latte! Get it? Wink!
Want to create a stack of coffee cups like Jenn did? You can do it with masking. Take the coffee cup from the Perk Up clear stamps and stamp it onto your card. Stamp it a second time on a sticky note and fussy cut it out with your scissors. Place the mask on top of your first stamped cup. Stamp the cup a second time. Move the mask and stamp the cup again. Repeat this process until you have a whole stack of cups.
Take even more inspiration from Jenn in making your coffee cups truly unique by coloring them in with markers and then adding some random doodles to each one with a white pen. Complete your scene by stamping some coffee beans (also from the Perk Up stamp set) at the bottom of the cup stack.
While Jenn used a sentiment from the Perk Up set on her card, there are a number of phrases from the Sassy Coffee set that would have worked well too.
Thanks for stopping by today! Be sure to check out the hop page to see all the projects so far and to link up one of your own coffee-themed projects!
