Are you trying to eat healthier? Here's an idea for you!
Document your meals in a planner, and take some inspiration from Technique Tuesday friend Jenn Brown.
Take a plain old planner and then use the Planner - Eat Healthy stamp set to document what you ate for breakfast , lunch and dinner. Add a little color by taking some of the stamp set's icons and stamping them next to the words. Use your markers or pencils to color them in.
Another idea? Use your planner to remind yourself to drink water by stamping a reminder for yourself every day of the week.
Be sure to leave a portion of your planner blank so you can jot down any important notes or observations from the week. Maybe you've tried a new recipe you can't wait to try again or want to remind yourself to try some different types of foods this week.
