You are in for another treat today! We are super thrilled to have Jana Millen here with two inspiring cards created with the Felix the Frog stamp set!
Jana is a talented stamper from Ohio! She has a knack for creating fun cards with lots of interesting details! She blogs at This Little Card of Mine. You can also see her work, as well as peeks at her life and adorable cats, Gracie and Kirby, on Instagram. And she's one of the kindest folks you'll ever meet too! We are thrilled to have her here today!
Talk about fun! Don't you just the combination of the bee and frog?! Such a great little nature scene.
Jana used handmade watercolor paper for the card front and watercolored with Kuretake Gansai Tambi colors.
"The frog was heat embossed in black and then I colored him with Zig Clean Color markers. I added some white gel pen dots and some Glossy Accents to the eyes."
She finished her card by stamping this fun birthday sentiment inside it!
If you loved that card, you are going to super love this next one! It's just so... hoppy! Get it? Wink!
One of things that is so fun about this card is Jana turned Felix into a girl frog!
"Felicia was stamped in black and colored with Zig Clean Color markers. I added Nuvo drop dots and googly eyes. I popped her up with an action wobbler."
Talk about fun! Jana used various dye inks to stamp "Ribbit" on the front of card, as well as to create the splatter marks. And to finish off this card, Jana again stamped a sentiment inside her card.
A big thanks goes out to Jana for putting together these "hoppy" cards to share with all of you today! Thank you again, Jana, for sharing your talent! Be sure to swing by her blog to see more of her work!
