Story Card Sunday: Life Would Be Flat
Hi everyone!
It's time for another installment of Story Card Sunday.
This week's Story Card would work great in a pocket page scrapbook or on a traditional scrapbook page. It would also look good on a greeting card.
Let me show you how to make one like it. It's easy to make with clear stamps and steel dies from Technique Tuesday.
Start by doing some die-cutting. Cut a base card with the Memo Pad Card dies. Cut a speaker and microphone with the Music Makers dies. Cut two small hearts with the Nested Hearts dies.
Set a sticky note across the base card. Sponge ink below the sticky note and remove the note.
Adhere the speaker, microphone and heart die-cuts to the Story Card.
Stamp a sentiment. The one I used is from the Turn Up The Volume stamp set. You might also consider using a phrase from the Make Music or Bravo stamp sets.
Finish the Story Card by adding some gems or enamel dots to the hearts. Want less bulk? Add a layer of glitter glue instead.
I hope you enjoyed learning how to make this week's Story Card. I'll be back next week with a new Story Card Sunday tutorial for you. Hope to see you then.
