Story Card Sunday... on Monday: Summer
Hi all!
Planning some Summer adventures? I think you are going to dig this week's Story Card.
The Summer theme makes it the perfect accent to add to a pocket page or traditional scrapbook page. It would also look great on a greeting card to send someone far away during the Summer months.
Let me show you how to make one like it.
Start by cutting base card with the Story Card dies. You'll also want to cut a word, glasses and sun with the Summer dies.
Sponge blue ink all over the Story Card. Don't have any blue ink? Consider using blue watercolor paint instead.
Adhere the word, sun and glasses to the base card.
Take the Summer phrase from the Summer Adventure stamp set. Mask off the "Summer" word with Washi tape or masking tape. Ink the stamp.
Remove the tape and stamp the phrase onto the base card.
Use a pen to draw eyes and a face onto the sunshine!
Tune in next Sunday for another installment of Story Card Sunday. Hope to see you then!
So fun and cute!
