Story Card Sunday: Greatest Friend
Hi all!
It's time for another installment of Story Card Sunday.
Today's pocket page-friendly Story Card is the perfect card to slip in a pocket page about a friend. Not a pocket page memory keeper? It'd also work great on a traditional scrapbook page or greeting card.
Let me show you how to make one like it with DIY Steel Dies and clear stamps from Technique Tuesday.
Start by doing some die-cutting.
- A base card with the Postage Card dies.
- Three flourishes with the Fancy Flourish dies.
- A "greatest" word with the Greatest dies.
- A rectangle with the Pocket of Love dies.
Adhere one flourish and the rectangle to the base card.
Add the "greatest" word and the two additional flourishes.
Stamp the "friend" from the Mom's Day stamp set onto the Story Card. Don't want to use this card for a friend? Use one of the other phrases in the stamp set.
Finish the Story Card by adding an enamel dot, gem or brad to it.
I'll be back again next Sunday with another installment of Story Card Sunday. Hope to see you then!
