Story Card Sunday: Best Highlight
Hello again!
It's time to learn how to make another pocket page-friendly Story Card with Technique Tuesday's clear stamps and steel dies.
Let me show you how to make one like this to use in your scrapbooks.
Start by cutting a base card with Technique Tuesday's Story Card dies. Cut two stars, a "best" word and a "today" banner with the This Week's dies. You'll also want to use the "today" banner to cut an "a" and "t" in a different color. Use the Greatest dies to cut an arrow.
Adhere the small die-cuts to the base card. Be sure to place the single letters inside the "today" banner. Stamp "highlight" with the Good Stuff stamp set below the die-cuts. Don't feel like using that word? There are plenty more to choose in the Good Stuff stamp set.
Take the line stamp (also from Good Stuff). Place it on a stamping block and stamp several journaling lines.
When you are finished stamping, you'll end up with something like this.
Want to make your Story Card a little more fancy, add a couple gems to the stars and arrow.
I'll be back again next Sunday to show you how to make another Story Card. Hope to see you then!
