Story Card Sunday: Somewhere Together
Hi all!
It's time for another installment of Story Card Sunday. Today's Story Card is all about love!
Read on to learn how you can make one like it to use in a pocket page or on a traditional scrapbook page or greeting card.
Start by doing some die-cutting. You are going to need to cut one of each of these shapes:
- A base card with the Story Card dies
- A tag with the This Tag dies
- A heart and globe stand with the Here Globe dies
- A word with the Let's Go dies
- A circle with the Circles dies
Now you are going to do some stamping. Turn the base card sideways and stamp "somewhere together" (from the Pack Your Bags stamp set) on the far right side of the card. This Story Card will be a tight fit so it's important you stamp as close to the edge as you can.
Adhere the tag right next to the words and stamp "Let's go..." (from the On Vacation stamp set) on it.
Adhere the globe base to the card.
Place the circle and globe on top.
Finish the Story Card by adding the heart and a bow tied from twine or embroidery floss, Want to kick your Story Card up a notch? Add a gem or enamel dot to the heart.
I'll be back again next week with another Story Card Sunday tutorial to share with you. Hope to see you then!
