With this versatile new stamp set, you'll be able to make gorgeous cards to let your friends know you are thinking of them, wishing them a happy birthday or wanting them to know how sorry you are.
Are you a planner? Do you like to decorate your planner?
Here's a fun idea for you! Make your own custom stickers for your planner. It's easy to do with Technique Tuesday's new Planner - Essentials stamp set.
Take premade labels. Cut them down to fit in your planner. Stamp words and images onto the labels. Make a little or a lot. And for added variety, use different ink colors to do your stamping.
Check out the Planner Products section on the Technique Tuesday website for even more clear stamps and steel dies to use to to decorate your planner with. Also, stop by the Organization & Planning Gallery to see some planners decorated with Technique Tuesday products.
Like to take Technique Tuesday classes in person? It's your lucky day!
We've designed two new Technique Tuesday classes that are headed to scrapbook conventions around the country. These two classes were designed by Technique Tuesday's Bev Grey and will be taught by Nicole Petersen of Nicole Petersen Designs.
Here's the scoop on each class.
Time To Celebrate with Technique Tuesday
What are you planning to celebrate this year? Join Technique Tuesday and Nicole Petersen for this fast-paced class where you will learn a variety of stamping and masking techniques. During class you will focus on learning the techniques (not on completing the final projects) but you will receive supplies and instructions that will let you turn the elements you make in class into cards when you get home. You will receive a coupon you can use in Nicole’s booth at the show. Plus everyone has a chance to win Technique Tuesday products during the class. You will leave class ready to use these techniques to make invitations, gift cards, party décor, banners, and more. You'll also receive a brand new Technique Tuesday stamp.
Join the Gold Rush with Technique Tuesday
Gold is a hot trend in fashion and home décor, on TV, and for paper crafting too. In this workshop you will learn about some of Technique Tuesday founder, Bev Grey’s, favorite gold products and techniques. You will learn how to add little pops of gold to make your projects extra-classy, create a glimmer of gold for a little contrast, and make big, bold, gold elements. The class will be taught by Nicole Petersen and you will receive a discount coupon you can use in Nicole’s booth at the show. Plus everyone has a chance to win Technique Tuesday products during the class. From modern elegance to ultra-hip, the gold techniques you will learn are mind blowingly fabulous yet easy to use on your next layout, pocket page, or hand-made card. You'll also walk away with a Technique Tuesday brand new stamp set.

Sunday means it is time for a brand new Story Card. And I think you'll find this week's Story Card to be irresistible!
Let me show you how you can do the technique while making a Story Card like this one with Technique Tuesday's steel dies and clear stamps.
Stamp a flower onto the Story Card with watermark ink. (I'm using the Agapanthus - Greenhouse Society stamp set.) Sprinkle embossing powder on top. Shake away the excess. Melt the remaining powder with an embossing gun.
Now stamp a phrase onto the cardstock label. I once again used the Agapanthus - Greenhouse Society stamp set.
Looking for a quick and pretty way to spruce up a gift? Tie on a pretty tag like these ones from Tobi Crawford.
Tags like these are easy to make with Technique Tuesday's Agapanthus - Greenhouse Society stamp set.
Finish the tags off by tying some ribbon and twine to the top. Embellish them with some trims, Washi tape and flowers or buttons.
Run (... don't walk...) to Technique Tuesday Creative Team member Daniela Dobson's blog.
Here's a sneak peek.

By the way, we love seeing what you've been making with Technique Tuesday's clear stamps and steel dies. Here are a few Technique Tuesday spottings from around the web that caught our eyes:
- This planner page from momruncraft is so fun! Love seeing how she used Technique Tuesday's new planner stamp sets on it.
- Doodlebugs has a fun pocket scrapbooking series on their blog. We love their latest installment of Story Cards. They used the Happy Butterfly die, as well as the Happy Day stamp set, on several of them.
- Is this card gorgeous or what?! Love the bold colors Seungeun Lee stamped the flowers from the Two Steppin' stamp set with! They look so great!
Come on. Get ready to get happy! There's just something about butterflies.
Members of Technique Tuesday's Fresh Cut Studio auto-ship program recently received June's Happy Butterfly steel die. Not a member? You can purchase the Happy Butterfly die individually. Whether you are a member or not, we hope this video makes you... well... happy!
In this video, you'll find some fun and easy tips and techniques for creating a whole swarm of happy butterflies!
Sunday means we've got a brand new Story Card to share with you.
Here's how you can make one like it.
Cut about one-third from one of the base cards. Adhere it to the second base card. Stamp the phrase from the Favorite Things clear stamp set on top.
Stamp numbers onto the Story Card. (I used stamps from the Planner - Priority stamp set.)

Take it away, Laura!
"This is a Bullet Journal page. There is a short video at bulletjournal.com which details the system for anyone that's interested in learning more about it.
The first page of every month lists the days and all of your appointments. This is my June page. The small size of these planner stamps are a perfect fit for the grid lines. And I think the alphas look great if they're stamped a little bit askew. You really can't mess these up!
The book itself is a Moleskine style notebook so stamps are a great way to embellish the pages without adding bulk. I'm using pigment inks that dry quickly and also don't bleed through the paper."
Laura used a number of Technique Tuesday clear stamp sets on her planner page. Here's a complete list:
- Planner - Essentials
- Planner - Priorities
- Planner - Foodie
- Big Timber Outline Lowercase
- Big Timber Outline Uppercase
