It's time for another installment of Story Card Sunday. Say hello to this week's Story Card!
And the crowd goes wild! Wink!
This pocket page-friendly Story Card is easy to make with Technique Tuesday's steel dies and clear stamps.
Let me show you how to make one like it.
Start by die-cutting a clipboard base, paper and clip with the Clipboard steel dies. You'll also want to use the clip die from the Clipboard dies to cut three small circles from a flesh colored cardstock. Cut two large circles with the Circles steel dies.
Stamp a mustache with black ink onto brown or kraft cardstock.
Use your scissors to cut out the bow tie and mustache.
Now you are going to assemble the face for your Story Card. Adhere the hair onto the large circle. Draw a line for a mouth with a black pen. Add the bow tie, mustache and three small circles. Draw eyes or use wiggle eyes like I did.
Set the face aside. Assemble the clipboard pieces together. Stamp the words from the Mister Man stamp set toward the bottom of the clipboard.
And ta-da! You've got a Story Card to use in a pocket page or on a traditional scrapbook page. This Story Card would also look swell on a greeting card for Father's Day or any occasion for your favorite guy!
Hope to see you next week for another installment of Story Card Sunday!
