Story Card Sunday: Wow Shaker

Hello again!

What's shaking? Well, it's Story Card Sunday around here, and I'm shaking things up with a Story Card Shaker. Check it out!

A Story Card Sunday tutorial from TechniqueTuesday.comFun, huh?

Like many of the Story Cards we feature here, this would look swell on a pocket page or traditional scrapbook page. It would also work well on a traditional greeting card.

This week's Story Card is a tad bit more time consuming to make than many of the others we've featured here, but it was fairly easily to make. Let me show you how you can make one like it.

Start by using the Clipboard steel dies to cut cut two base cards from cardstock and one base card from a transparency. Cut a piece of tape (also from the Clipboard dies). Cut a "look" arrow from the Always Arrows dies, a star from the Nested Stars dies and a phrase with the Wow Moment die.

Take the paper die from the Clipboard dies. Set it on top of one of the cardstock base cards like so. Hold it in place with a little Washi tape.

Run it through your die-cutting machine and you'll get something that looks like this.

Throw away the center. Adhere the transparency base card to your frame. Flip it over and add strips of foam tape around the frame's edges.

Tune in next Sunday for another Story Card Sunday tutorial. Hope you will join me again!
