Spring Week: Inspired by the Colors of Spring

Happy Tuesday to you! 

Today, we've got Tobi Crawford here with a beautiful card. She was inspired by the colors of Spring!

"I chose some lovely, soft spring colors for my happy birthday card! Whenever I want to color a card with the intention of softness or lightness, I turn to my watercolours. By embossing with white embossing powder,  I was able to flood the balloons with water and let the paint settle towards the bottom naturally. And the sentiment (from the A Reason to Party stamp set) ... I wanted it front and center so I stamped it directly onto the acetate that made the shaker. I stamped it with Staz-On so it wouldn't budge!"
