Story Card Sunday: Us Label
Hi, Technique Tuesday fans!
It's time for another installment in our Story Card Sunday series.
Please meet today's Story Card.
Like many of the Story Cards we feature, this one is pocket page-friendly. It would also look swell on a traditional scrapbook page or greeting card.
Let me show you how you can make one like it.
Start by die-cutting two base cards with the Story Card DIY Steel Dies. Cut one frame with the Classic Label Card steel dies. You'll also want to cut one label and one word.
Adhere the frame to one base card and then mount them to other base card like so.
Trim the excess. Adhere the label and word on top of the card.
Pop a hole above and below the word. Bring twine or floss through the holes. (Depending on how thick your twine is, you may need to use something bigger than a pin to pop your holes through the Story Card.)
Tie a knot or bow in the front of the card with the twine. Trim the excess!
I'll be back again next week with another Story Card. Hope to see you then.
PS. Time's running out to take advantage of the 2014 Progressive Sale! The sale runs through the end of the day on Monday. Go here to see everything that's retiring and to find a coupon code to get 60% off those retiring products.
