Story Card Sunday: Scrapbook It
Hello!
Sunday means it is time for a brand new Story Card.
Like many of the Story Cards we feature here on the Technique Tuesday blog, this Story Card is pocket-page friendly. It would also work well on a traditional scrapbook page or greeting card.
Let me show you how to make one like it.
Start by cutting two base cards with the Story Card DIY Steel Dies. Cut two frames with the That Arrow Card dies.
Take one base card. Adhere one of the frame cards to it. Be sure to let the frame touch the top of the base card.
I've had a few folks ask about how to adhere these cards. Lots of different adhesives work well so I recommend trying out what you have handy and picking out what works best for you. I personally am a big fan of just using glue and putting fine drops on the back of the card like so.
Now adhere those cards to the second base card. Adhere the second frame to the card as well.
Stamp a sentiment on the card. The one I used is from Technique Tuesday's Scrapbook It stamp set, but you may want to use a different stamp set. That's OK.
Finish the Story Card off by adding a few gems or enamel dots to the arrows.
And there you have it!
I'll see you again next Sunday with a brand new Story Card.
Teri this is AMAZING. Thanks for the inspiration.
Have a WONDERFUL week!
Crafty hugs,
D~
