A Must-See Card From Tobi

I like to say there are cards, and there are CARDS!

Here is a card from Tobi Crawford that is one of those CARDS!

Tobi combined a sentiment from the All My Love by Ali Edwards stamp set with spray mists to make this amazing card.

High five, Tobi!

Check out her blog for more details on how she created this cool splatter effect and to see one more card she made with it.

PS. It's the last day of our Studio AE Blog Hop! Be sure to check it out to see all the great ideas our Creative Team has for the February's Super Fantastic by Ali Edwards stamp set. The fun starts here.

One Inspiring Photo. Four Sweet Cards!

Valentine's Day is almost here. We can almost taste the candy!

We love challenges around here. And we love candy, too. So we our tossed this picture at our Creative Team and asked them to make something inspired by it!

You might say the results are pretty sweet!

Tobi Crawford created her own conversation hearts with our Puffy Hearts stamp set.

She added words to the hearts with our One of a Kind and Pucker Up stamp sets.

Photo inspire
Jaclyn Miller created this card entirely with the All My Love by Ali Edwards stamp set.

"I was inspired by the text in the background, and, of course, the hearts!"

Teri found inspiration in the general feel of the photo and put together this love-themed card. The words and hearts she used are from the All My Love by Ali Edwards and Bright Idea stamp sets.

How fun that she even included a piece of a paper doily in her design!

Charlene Austin was also inspired to make a love-themed card, using stamps from the Be Mine by Ali Edwards (January's Studio AE) stamp set.

Ps. Want to take your stamping to the next level? Then you NEED to check out True Stamp, a one-of-a-kind online stamping event on March 9. LIVE, online. Don't miss it!  (P.S. Technique Tuesday's Bev Grey is teaching!)

Just Add a Tag...

I am feeling the pinch: Valentine's Day is almost here.

I've got a pile of candy tucked away to give to the folks that make my life a little sweeter. But there's only seven (short) days to figure out just how to package it up and give it to them.

Enter the creative minds of Technique Tuesday's Stamping Techs, who have come up with a fun assortment of Valentine's Day and love-themed tags. Dumping some of that candy into treat bags and tying on these tags just may be solution to my Valentine's Day panic.

Technique Tuesday + True Stamp 2013

You've asked for it, and Technique Tuesday is excited to announce we're teaching again. We will be taking part in the online True Stamp 2013 event!

Technique Tuesday CEO and founder Bev Grey is teaching one of the six online workshops held during this event.

Just what is True Stamp 2013, you ask?

Well, here's what hostess Lain Ehmann has to say about it:

"We know that the most versatile and downright fun paper crafting supply is our stamps. But even though we love them dearly, sometimes we look at them and think, “Okay, now what?” Despite the love, there are times when the inspiration just isn't there.

When it comes right down to it, nothing is better for revving up that mojo than learning from “the masters.” Watching real experts demonstrate unique techniques and projects is a sure-fire way to rev up the inspiration. But who has the time or money to travel all over the country to take classes?

Well, you don't have to! Let me introduce... True Stamp!

True Stamp is the only event to offer the best in LIVE stamping instruction, brought right to you via your computer. That's right, no need to pack up all your supplies. No need to leave the family. No need to eat lousy convention center food. Instead, we bring the classes to YOU. Just log in from your computer and be treated to classes from six amazing sponsors, teaching you the latest and greatest skills and techniques to get your creative stampy juices flowing. And it's all recorded so you can watch again and again after the event!

If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and get stamping, then check out True Stamp here."

The event happens on March 9th!

Lain says that, "because this is a brand-new event, we have a rockin' special for early bird registrations! Sign up by Feb. 8 and SAVE $50! That means you'll get access to all six classes, plus full replays, plus extra goodies, for only $47. But you MUST sign up now!"

You can register here.

Stay tuned to our blog for sneak peeks and more information about our participation in the event!
