Hmmmm! (Wink!)

Without saying too much, let us just say that next month's set might inspire you to tell a story... or two.

We'll reveal it right here on March 1st!

Greenhouse Society: February Project Parade

Let the shipping begin!

It's the 25th, which means it is time for the newest Greenhouse Society stamp set to begin leaving the Technique Tuesday warehouse.

February's set is still available for purchase. You can get it for a limited-time through our Web site and some retailers. Check with your favorite retailer to see if they have it in stock or to ask them to get in.

You can also sign up through our Web site for our membership program to have our Greenhouse Society stamp sets shipped to you automatically every month. Instead of paying $12.99 for each new Greenhouse Society stamp set, Greenhouse Society members pay $9.99 for the current month's set and each new Greenhouse Society set released while they are members. They also receive reduced shipping and other benefits.

In honor of the new set, we have some fabulous projects from our Creative team. Take it away, team!

Spotlight: Lori Vliegen's stamps

On your mark. Get set. Get ready from some "stamp-tastic" inspiration from the Technique Tuesday Creative Team.

We are teaming up to shine a spotlight today on the stamps of Lori Vliegen.

Technique Tuesday released eight stamps sets from Lori at the CHA-Winter trade show last month. Lori, an altered book artist, brings a light, whimsical and classical style to TT with her hand drawn stamp sets. These sets will appeal to the memory keeper, card maker and altered book artist.

Here's a look at three of those eight stamp sets.

Make Your Own Flair with Technique Tuesday Stamps

Truth: I am a DIY-type of gal.

I love using embellishments on scrapbook pages and cards, and I really love making them myself.

Lately, I've been making a lot of Flair buttons for my projects.

See those circles? That what I call Flair!

I love making my own Flair with a couple Technique Tuesday stamp sets: With Flair and Fun Flair by Ali Edwards.

Technique-Tuesday-With-Flair-Clear-Stamps-Medium Technique-Tuesday-Fun-Flair-Ali-Edwards-Clear-Stamps-Medium

The process is really easy!

Start by stamping out a couple of the images. (All of the stamps in these two sets work great with a 1" circle punch.)

If you are using an image like the circle with the heart that I am, you are going to want to stamp it one more time with a different color of ink.

Use your scissors to cut the heart out and then adhere it to your circle.

Now, adhere a clear Epoxy circle sticker (I found these at the local craft store) on top of the circle. If you can't find circle stickers, add a few layers of Glossy Accents. Be sure to let the Glossy Accents dry completely before adding additional layers.

Use glue to adhere your completed Flair to your card or scrapbook page!
