Last Minute Christmas Gifts with Teri

Say it with me: Christmas is just six days away.

Oh, good golly. Six whole days away!

Still looking for a few last minute gift ideas? Well, I've dug into my Technique Tuesday stash of stamps and used them to work up a couple easy holiday gift ideas for you today.

This first gift is just a simple paint can filled with tulle and pieces of chocolate.

It took just minutes to make it.

I think the hardest part was creating the circle tag.

I started by cutting a couple circles from cardstock.I then stamped the Houndstooth pattern on the green circle with Technique Tuesday's Houndstooth stamp set.

The word is from the Believe by Ali Edwards stamp set.

For that, I stamped it on cardstock with red ink and then fussy cut it out. If you try fussy cutting a word out at home, just remember to take it easy as you cut the word out. It's no rush!

Once I finished the stamping and cutting, I assembled the circle. I used Glue Dots to lay a couple glittery leaves behind the circle. I found these leaves in the floral department at the craft store, and I think they just add a special touch to the paint can.

I created the second gift with clear plastic tubes.

I filled three tubes with chocolate candies. I then tied them together with tulle and made a circle tag to hang from the tulle.

I again used the Houndstooth and Believe by Ali Edwards stamp sets to make the circle.

Happy holidays!

Cute, Cute, Cute.
