A Peek of What's Coming

As we said earlier, new stamps are coming to Technique Tuesday very soon.

And today we want to wet your appetite a litle more and show you four special projects some of our designers have worked with those new stamp sets.

Laura O'Donnell crafted this card with one of the new Winter-themed sets.

Every single stamped image on this card can be found in one of the sets.

Ashley Harris used another of the new sets to make this Christmas card.

Laura used the same stamp set to make this card.

Finally, Laura used one more of the new sets to make this spooky card.

Stay tuned to our blog for more peeks and to know when the new stamps will be available on our Web site.

Technique Tuesday is CKC Seattle Bound

Watch out, Seattle!

Technique Tuesday is hitting the road and is heading your way this week for the CKC Seattle Scrapbook Convention on Friday and Saturday!

Tena, Bev and Shelley will all be there!

Bev and Shelley will be teaching our line-up of Technique Tuesday classes, while Tena will be working in the booth during the Vendor Faire. Scott and Megan will be helping out, too!

Our booth will be packed with Technique Tuesday stamps, Technique Tiles (starting at 25 cents a piece) and lots of other fun products, including watercolor crayons, Stickles, seam binding ribbon (50 cents a yard), page kits and more.

We'll also have some fun alterable paper mache frames.

Teri turned one of the new frames into an Advent calendar, which we will be bringing to the show. She also used several of our stamp sets: December Daily; Holiday in a Box; Believe by Ali Edwards and Celebrate the Seasons by Ali Edwards. These are all items you can find in our booth at the show!

We hope to see you there!

The Grandma Book from Shelley

When my 15 year old daughter shared an English paper she'd written about her Grandma's  way of expressing love through cooking, I knew it was something our family needed to preserve. With my mom's birthday coming, we decided the perfect gift would be a storybook featuring the writing.

I started with a 6x6 fold-out board book. Then I covered the front and back chipboard covers with patterned paper that looked like ribbon. Since I didn't need all the fold out pages in the book, I glued them together in the center and then "bound" the spine with Technique Tuesday Textile scallops that I chalk inked and stamped sayings on. All the stamping in the book came from the exclusive September Studio AE set "Family is by Ali Edwards"  (still available on our website). The photo is framed with a Technique Tile postage frame and stamped with the perfect title about Grandmothers.

Inside the book I again used the stamps, textiles and twill tape to create page embellishments.  Finished off with a few flowers and cooking utensil charms, the story comes to life.

The December Daily Stamp Set is Back

You asked for it.

And we are bringing it back.

Meet the December Daily 2011 stamp set.

We know some of you missed out on getting our popular December Daily set last year and would like to own it so we decided to bring it back. We have updated the set's year stamps to say 2011.

The set costs $19.99 and will start shipping on Nov. 10th.

We've found the set also compliments our new 25 Moments by Ali Edwards (November Studio AE) stamp set nicely.
