I just love the new Fabulous by Ali Edwards stamp set.
From the words to the cute polka dot butterfly, there isn't much not to love about this set.
But one of my favorite parts of the set is quickly becoming the flowers.
That's because they are the perfect stamps to use for shadow stamping.
Not sure what shadow stamping is? Well, check out this card.
I used the shadow stamping technique to create all of the flowers on it.
It's so easy.
Here's how you can shadow stamp with the flowers.
Set a flower stamp on a stamping block backwards. You want the etched part touching the block and the sticky side facing you.
Ink up the sticky side and stamp it. The result is a cool shadowy effect.
Now, ink it up and stamp over the shadow you stamped earlier.
Repeat these steps again and again to create a cool shadow stamped pattern.
