Story Card Sunday... on Monday: Hopes

Hello all!

It's time for another installment of Story Card Sunday.

A Story Card from Technique Tuesday // TechniqueTuesday.comThis week's Story Card would look perfect in a pocket page or on a traditional scrapbook page. It would also work well on a greeting card. Let me show you how you can make one like it. It's really easy with clear stamps and steel dies from Technique Tuesday.

Start by doing some die-cutting.

You'll need:

Sponge some ink onto the circle. Adhere the circle to the Story Card.

Stamp a sentiment below the word. The one I used is from the Perfectly Wonderful stamp set

An Awesome Card to Inspire You

In need of a shot of creative inspiration? Mark my words: You are going to love the handmade stamped card we've got today from Birgit Edblom

Handmade card by Birgit Edblom for Technique Tuesday // TechniqueTuesday.com

It's pretty awesome, right?

Birgit created that beautiful stem of flowers with the Ritzy Mum stamp set. She stamped the flowers on cardstock. Then she colored them in and applied liquid pearlized paint to the flower centers. Once the color and paint was dry, she fussy cut the flowers with her scissors. (Not a fan of fussy cutting? Check out the coordinating Ritzy Mum steel dies! You can get a similar look with the dies!)

And what a clever way to use a sentiment stamp! Birgit stamped the words onto her card and then cut slits below and above them so she could slide the flowers through the slits. Great idea!

Looking for more ways to use the Ritzy Mum stamp set? Check out the ideas at the bottom of the Ritzy Mum page on our website!
